Habu - Simple Software for Co-Working Spaces

Founded in 2014 by brothers Jak & Robert Ollett, Habu is a subscription-based membership service that provides software to help manage co-working spaces.

A rise in freelancers, startups and incubators has leant to a growing need of alternative, flexible hubs. Habu aims to make managing these spaces simple by maximising efficiency, promoting community, and making the absolute most out of the space and time available. Founder and Chief Design Officer Robert has previously stated that whilst there are currently already more than 12,000 international co-working hubs, that number is estimated to increase by 50% over the next couple of years.

Habu’s software can be used for business centres, event spaces, hot desks, incubators and more, and provide a huge range of tools to make running them simple. This includes fully customisable booking packages, calendar and task overviews, community management, and intuitive, automated billing.

Habu have raised seed funding from Seedrs and Downing Ventures, and previously worked with the WebStart Bristol incubator. Having already launched across several continents, the company are continuing their global expansion, as well as moving forward with new software features.
